Qualifications

• Recognized apprenticeship in HVAC systems is required.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and fault finding.
• Ability to supervise contractors and complete risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance to Plant and Equipment.
• Manage risks and improve performance of plant and equipment.
• Liaise with onsite Supervisor and Account Manager on issues.

Skills

Strong proven experience in HVAC maintenance

Ability to fault find

Good multi skilled ability

Ability to supervise contractors

Education

Recognised or Time Served Apprenticeship

Mechanical Competences / Qualifications to City and Guild's Mechanical

F-Gas safe handling and use of refrigerants

Tools

BMS system experience

IPAF / PASMA
