Job summary

BSW Group is seeking a General Operative at our Bristol site to sort, repair and manufacture pallets to exacting specifications. You will work as part of the Reconditioning team, supporting efficient production and maintaining safety standards on all tasks.

The role requires a multi-skilled approach, including painting, labeling or stenciling pallets and handling timber offloads. A proactive, team-driven attitude and strict adherence to PPE and site safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled role involving sorting, repairing and manufacturing pallets.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance when using tools.
• Team player with good timekeeping and willingness to assist on wider site processes.

Responsibilities

• Sort, repair and manufacture pallets to specification.
• Set up workstations for efficiency and maintain high output.
• Paint, label, stencil pallets and assist with housekeeping and cleaning duties.
