Job summary

Consult2Recruit is seeking a skilled Fire & Security Engineer to join a growing team in the Manchester/Lancashire area. You will handle installations, remedials, call-outs and servicing across diverse sites, with a focus on learning and developing across fire, CCTV, access control and intruder systems.

The role offers a company vehicle with personal use, 20 days plus bank holidays, and opportunities for further FIA training and long‑term career progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Fire & Security is essential.
• Experience in the Fire & Security industry.
• Experience carrying out installations, remedials and call-outs.
• Multi-skilled across Fire, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder is advantageous.
• Engineers with a strong fire or security bias will also be considered.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach when working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installations, remedials and call-outs.
• Perform servicing and general maintenance across customer sites.
• Work across Manchester and Lancashire.
• Travel as required; travel time is included within the working day.
