Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is seeking a multiskilled Gas Engineer to join its Gas Team across the region. The role focuses on annual gas services, safety checks and boiler repairs, with a first-visit fix aim and close collaboration with the compliance team.

You will need at least two years of domestic heating experience, ACS certificates, and a full UK driving licence. The post is customer-facing and offers a supportive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Carry out annual gas services across homes
• Carry out safety checks on gas installations
• Carry out boiler repairs and maintenance
• Follow gas safety regulations and Yorkshire Housing policies
• Act as the customer's main point of contact, communicating clearly and professionally
• Aim to resolve issues on the first visit where possible
• Work closely with the compliance team to keep work safe and to a high standard
