Job summary

A higher education provider in the UK seeks a Campus Maintenance Technician to maintain, install, and refurbish campus facilities. Qualifications

• Must have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent NVQ required.
• Previous experience in building maintenance with M&E systems necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across GBS UK estates.
• Monitor conditions of GBS buildings, undertake repairs and renewals.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.
