Job summary

The De Curci Trust, based at The Solent Schools, is seeking a well organised, self-motivated person to join our friendly catering team. You will cook to set menus, serve meals, and help keep kitchens and dining areas clean and orderly.

You will support the Assistant Catering Manager, help maintain high standards, and be willing to travel between DCT academies as needed. Food hygiene certificate is desirable but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Cooking to menus and standards.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain cleanliness.
• Food hygiene certificate desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Cooking in accordance with menus, serving meals and setting up, cleaning and clearing up.
• Support and assist the Assistant Catering Manager/Lead Cook.
• Clearing and cleaning of Kitchen and Dining areas.
• Assist in ensuring that School's standards are met.
