Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy (Phoenix Medical Supplies) is seeking a Healthcare Partner to join our Caernarfon branch. You will participate in branch processes, build relationships with customers and professionals, and help deliver pharmacy services while representing the Rowlands Pharmacy brand in the community.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent, plus a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification, with prior experience in customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or accredited equivalent course.
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
• Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participating in all branch processes.
• Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services.
• Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis.
