Job summary

Involve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a major environmental and civil engineering programme across three sites in Port Talbot regeneration works. You will manage multi-package delivery, programmes and site logistics, with a strong focus on safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager delivering complex civil engineering and/or environmental projects.
• Experience managing multiple sites and coordinating specialist subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, environmental compliance, and health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of environmental and civil engineering works across multiple sites.
• Develop and manage project programmes and site logistics.
• Prepare and implement Environmental Management Plans.
• Ensure full compliance with CDM Regulations, health & safety legislation, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate and manage a specialist workforce including Site Supervisors, Ecologists, and Civil Engineering subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, quality, budgets, and programme performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the wider project team.
