Salary: £100,000 - 500,000

PQE Level: 2+- Partner

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Now is a great time to be an employment solicitor with a plethora of firms looking to recruit at associate, senior associate and partner level as well as a few part-time and a part-time knowledge lawyer role.

If you are England & Wales qualified solicitor currently working for a City, West End, National or Regional law firm and are looking to make a move in London then you are in an ideal position to secure a promotion and/or positioning for future progression and attractive packages.

Associate Roles

• Top 30 City firm- highly ranked team- 3-5 PQE
• Top 20 City firm- market leading team- 4-6 PQE
• Top 20 City firm- highly ranked team 3-5 PQE
• Top 40 City firm- well regarded team 3-5 PQE
• Top 60 City firm- well regarded team 3-5 PQE
• Top 50 City firm- market leading team- 4-6 PQE

Senior Associate Roles

• Top 20 City firm- market leading team 5-8 PQE
• Top 50 City firm- well ranked team 5-8 PQE
• Top 30 City firm- well ranked team 6-8 PQE
• Top 30 City firm- leading team 5-8 PQE
• Top 80 City firm- No.2 to partner 6-10 PQE
• Top 100 Central London firm- 5-7 PQE
• Top 70 Central London firm- 5-9 PQE
• Top 60 City firm- leading senior executives team 6+

Part-Time Roles

• Knowledge lawyer- market leading team 3/4 days per week 1-5 PQE
• Fee earner market leading team 4-6 PQE- 4 days per week
• Fee earner market leading senior executives team 4-6 PQE- 4 days per week

Fixed Term Contract Roles

• Top 50 City firm- well ranked team 5-8 PQE - 12 months
• Market leading team 4-6 PQE- 12 months

Partner Roles

• I am working with a number of Global, Top 50 and Boutique City and West End law firms who are looking to recruit Employment Partners who are able to bring a client following alongside servicing and developing the firms existing client base.
• Roles are available for both existing partners and ambitious senior associates with 8+ PQE who are looking for an immediate partner role.
• I can provide extensive guidance around business planning.

For all the above roles, our clients are only looking at lawyers who are England & Wales qualified and who have UK law firm experience.
