Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a talented Media Content Creator to join its marketing team. The role focuses on crafting compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and engages target audiences across social platforms.

You will develop concepts from briefs, produce graphics and videos, and help manage templates for internal use. Collaboration with marketing stakeholders will drive campaigns and improve engagement metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, or related field.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of video production equipment, lighting, audio, editing, and post-production.
Exceptional storytelling abilities and strong visual sensibility.
Experience as a Media Content Creator or similar role.
Deep understanding of social media marketing across platforms.

Responsibilities

Support the Marketing team in developing and executing content strategy aligned with brand identity.
Develop creative concepts from briefs through completion.
Create, edit, and distribute multimedia content across social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters.
Create graphics, infographics, layouts, and presentations for campaigns.
Produce video content, motion graphics, and animations for digital channels.
Analyse engagement metrics to measure content effectiveness and optimise strategies.
Create editable branded templates for internal use, including social assets and newsletters.
Assist in maintaining brand guidelines across materials.
Maintain and manage the marketing asset library.
Stay current with industry trends and AI-assisted creative tools.
