British Engines Group CMP Products is seeking a Multimedia and Creative Design Specialist to join its Marketing Team in Cramlington. You will turn complex technical information into engaging visuals, creating presentations, marketing assets and high-quality product renders.

CMP manufactures its products from three facilities based in Cramlington, Northumberland, and has a global distribution network, supported by ten offices spread across six continents from Houston, USA, to Busan, South Korea.
We’re on the lookout for a Multimedia and Creative Design Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This is a pivotal, highly visible role. You’ll be the creative force turning complex products into compelling stories that drive awareness, engagement and conversion across every customer touchpoint.
Working closely with our technical and product teams, you’ll transform complex technical information into clear, compelling visual content that helps customers understand our products and their benefits. From designing impactful presentations and digital marketing assets to creating high-quality product renders, you’ll play a key role in how our products are communicated across every customer touchpoint.

What you'll be doing
Who we're looking for
You’re a creative, technically minded designer with a genuine passion for visual storytelling. You’ve got proven experience creating content for a range of channels, ideally in a product-led or technical environment, and you’re confident turning complicated information into something clear and visually striking.
A strong portfolio is key, as this will form a central part of the selection process. You’ll have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro being desirable. You’ll also have experience creating multimedia content, including presentations, digital graphics and, where appropriate, video or simple motion graphics. Experience with SolidWorks Visualize Professional or Composer would be a bonus rather than a requirement, as full training will be provided.
You’ll be comfortable collaborating with product and technical teams, balancing accuracy with creative impact. A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Studies or similar is welcome, but strong commercial experience and portfolio work are equally valued. You’ll be highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail, working self-sufficiently when needed while also thriving as part of a collaborative, ambitious marketing team.
