Qualifications

• Native or equivalent English reading proficiency is required.
• Extremely strong English writing skills are required.
• Advanced proficiency in reading French is required.
• Advanced proficiency in reading German is preferred.
• 1-2 years of professional experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct French, German and English-language due diligence research using public records, commercial and proprietary databases, and news media and internet sources.
• Collaborate with investigators to interview in-country sources about background, reputation and status of subjects.
• Apply knowledge of US FCPA, UK Bribery Act and EU GDPR to daily work responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Kroll’s global teams to identify fraud, sanctions risks and regulatory violations in due diligence investigations.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into narrative reports for clients with a clear risk assessment.
• Manage multiple projects from start to finish in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
