Job summary

Wenzels is seeking a dedicated Multi Drop Driver to join our team in Watford. This role involves delivering goods to our bakery shops using a light goods vehicle. We offer competitive pay of £32,750 pa, a supportive work environment, and a range of employee benefits including a company pension and training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a multi-drop driver, good local knowledge, and a positive attitude. This permanent position requires flexibility to work on a rota 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a multi-drop delivery driver.
• Good local knowledge of the delivery area.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Driving a Vauxhall Movano light goods vehicle.
• Delivering goods to bakery shops.
• Loading and unloading the delivery vehicle.
• Managing transport to and from work due to location.

Pay & Hours:

We offer a competitive pay of £32,750 pa depending on experience. The working shift would start between 10pm − 2am depending on the route, a 9 hour shift, 45 hours per week, on a rota basis; 5 days a week Monday to Sunday.

What we are looking for:

• A professional, experienced multi-drop delivery driver with good local knowledge in the North West London / Hertfordshire area.

• ‘Can do’ attitude with bundles of willingness to get the job done regardless of the challenges faced.

Responsibilities of a Multi Drop Delivery Driver:

• Driving Vauxhall Movano light goods Luton conversions
• Delivery to our own bakery shops
• Loading and unloading the vehicle
• Own transport is necessary to get to and from work due to location (WD18 9TB)
• Firm grasp of English is required
