A fast-growing operations and fulfilment business in the United Kingdom is seeking an organised Stock Controller to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with various teams to manage stock levels, perform audits, and support order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience in a warehouse or retail environment. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication to ensure compliance and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and manage inventory data.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of stock control, SKU management, and multi-channel operations.
• Experience within warehouse, retail, eCommerce, or fulfilment environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records within internal systems and associated platforms.
• Monitor stock levels to support same-day dispatch.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and scheduled stock audits.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Manage goods-in processes including booking and validation.
• Oversee internal stock movements across locations.
• Communicate stock issues proactively to internal teams.
