Job summary

EMR group Ltd is seeking a Class 1 Full-Time Car Transporter Driver based at the ChurchBridge Oldbury Depot. You will operate a Multideck 26t transporter, moving vehicles between EMR sites and customer locations with a requirement for physical loading.

No transporter experience is necessary as full training is provided, with occasionally planned trips and nights out. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team culture.

About Our Opportunity:

Our industry truly is fascinating and has the variety factor, giving you the opportunity as a Class 1 Full-Time Car Transporter Driverwithin the ELV Car Transporter team to meet new customers on a regular basis.

What you will be doing:

As the Class 1 Full-Time Car Transporter Driverfor European Metal Recycling, you will assume responsibility for operating a Multideck 26t car transporter. Your duties will involve transporting various vehicles between our sites and customer locations. This is a role requiring physical effort for vehicle loading.

Please do not be discouraged if you have no transporter experience. For the correct candidate we offer full training and ongoing training throughout your career.

This role is based out of our ChurchBridge Oldbury Depot. This role is currently a Monday to Friday daily role however on occasion, requiring tramping/nights out. These will be preplanned. Travel expenses are reimbursed in line with company policy and are subject to limitations.

At EMR group Ltd, we prioritise Health and Safety, providing comprehensive training for each vehicle before deployment. This is a Full-Time role demanding a 45-hour work week, ensuring consistent engagement and activity.
