Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of multi‑utility design projects in compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Overseeing the full design lifecycle from quotation to adoption, maintaining accurate documentation and meeting project milestones.
• Collaborating with design engineers, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Liaising with developers, network operators, and water companies to support successful project outcomes.
• Monitoring project scope, costs, and specifications, and managing variations in line with commercial procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience designing single or multi‑utility projects in domestic, commercial, and multiple‑occupancy settings.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations and their application to design.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and commercial documentation.
• Excellent IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

It would be great if you had

• Knowledge of SPEN Radar, WINDEBUT/SNAP, or similar software.
• Minimum of HNC in an Engineering‑related discipline.
