Job summary

3Recruit Ltd is recruiting a General Builder for a nationwide property maintenance partner, based in Reading. The role covers reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works across residential and commercial properties.

You will work across occupied sites, handling a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decorating. A full UK driving licence and good customer service skills are essential; NVQ/CSCS are desirable for progression.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-trade experience across repairs and refurbishments.
• Experience in residential or commercial maintenance environments.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• General property maintenance and building works
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and patch repairs
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs / minor installations
• Flooring repairs and installations
• Internal and external maintenance works
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintaining a professional approach when working in occupied properties
