Job summary

The Hyde Group in Brighton is seeking a Multi Trade Operative (Voids) to join our maintenance team. The role covers carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general maintenance to keep our housing stock in good condition.

You'll need proven trade experience, a full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on safety and customer service. A pension, life assurance and generous holidays are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, FRA fire doors and general maintenance.
• Experience working in social housing is desirable.
• Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Full and Clean UK driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Conducting carpentry tasks, including constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures, doors etc.

Hyde is looking to recruit a Multi Trade Operative.

As a Multi Trader at Hyde, you will be a key member of our maintenance team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance. This role requires a versatile professional who can address a range of property needs efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall well-being of our customers by ensuring the quality and functionality of our housing units.
