Job Title: Multi Trader

The role

As a Multi Trader you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality safety and functionality of our properties by delivering expert multi-trade services across all sites within scope. Your work will directly improve living and working environments for our residents and staff.

Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Deliver a wide range of essential maintenance tasks including plumbing painting fabric repairs legionella prevention gutter clearing and meter reading to ensure safe functional and well-presented environments across all properties.
  • Perform installation testing servicing removal replacement and repair of equipment as part of both planned preventative and reactive maintenance programmes helping to minimise downtime and extend asset life.
  • Provide hands‑on support during plant decommissioning ensuring safe and efficient removal from service in line with operational and compliance standards.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of Fabric and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance contributing to the overall reliability safety and performance of our built environment.

This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at Minley Surrey. You will have an on call rota post 6 months working within the role.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
