Multi-Trader (Residential Property Maintenance)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced all round Multi-Trader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and responsive repairs across a portfolio of private residential properties throughout London.

Key Responsibilities

• Painting and decorating
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Carpentry tasks
• Basic electrical work
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Collect materials from our Wood Green store 2–3 times per week.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi-trade property maintenance.
• Strong skills across multiple trades (painting, flooring, carpentry, basic electrics, basic plumbing).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have own basic tools.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break).

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000 – £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
• Service review bonuses: £15 – £50 per positive review.
• 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
