Job description
Multi Trader - Hands-On Role with Light Admin Responsibilities

Location: Barnet

Salary: Up to £45,000

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Are you a confident Multi Trader who enjoys getting stuck in on the tools but also has the organisational skills to stay on top of your own admin and diary management? If you're looking for a varied role with plenty of autonomy, this could be the perfect next step.

I'm supporting a well-established and growing business that is now looking for a reliable, skilled Multi Trader to join their team. This is a predominantly hands‑on role—around 80% on the tools—with the remaining time focused on light admin, communication and coordination with other parts of the business.

The Role:
  • Carrying out general maintenance, repairs and basic DIY tasks
  • Hanging doors, basic carpentry, and other day‑to‑day trade duties
  • Managing your own diary and job schedule
  • Completing simple admin tasks such as job notes and updates
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Representing the business professionally on site and with clients
About You:
  • Has solid experience across general maintenance, repairs and basic trades
  • Is confident with tasks such as hanging doors and general DIY
  • Can balance hands‑on work with simple admin and communication
  • Is organised, self‑motivated and comfortable managing their own workload
  • Ideally owns their own vehicle (not essential)
Why Apply?

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence and being trusted to get the job done. You'll join a supportive team, be well compensated with a salary of up to £45,000, and enjoy regular weekday hours with no weekend work.

If you're a capable Multi Trader who wants a role that combines practical work with a touch of admin and coordination, I'd be happy to discuss the opportunity further
