The Hyde Group is seeking a versatile Multi Trade Operative (Voids) in Havant to support our maintenance team. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance tasks, ensuring homes are safe and functional for residents and meet quality standards.

You will work independently or with others, follow safety protocols, and maintain records of work and materials used. A valid driving licence and a proactive customer-service mindset are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general maintenance.
• Ability to use a range of hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of trade-specific techniques and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct carpentry tasks including constructing, installing and repairing wooden structures.
• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Address general maintenance issues such as plastering and tiling as required.
• Collaborate with maintenance professionals to complete property projects.
