Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join our Responsive Repairs team covering social housing properties in SL & RG areas.

You will perform responsive plumbing repairs, carry out maintenance, and deliver high-quality workmanship with excellent customer service. Suitable candidates hold NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, have strong fault-finding skills, a full UK driving licence, and are willing to participate in out-of-hours rota.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
Experience carrying out responsive maintenance in social housing or occupied properties.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance for social housing properties.
Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and faulty plumbing systems.
Install/replace sanitary ware (toilets, basins, baths, showers).
Install kitchen sinks, taps and associated pipework.
Carry out repairs to hot/cold water systems and pipework.
Complete job sheets using handheld device linked to scheduling system.
