Job description
Multi-Skilled Operative (Plumber)
Your New Role - Responsive Repairs

We're responsible for delivering responsive repairs, right first time. Our team carries out repairs to customers' homes ranging from electrical, carpentry, and plumbing repairs to plastering and decorating. We also handle external repairs such as fencing and groundworks.

What You'll Do

Are you proactive, highly motivated, professional, and friendly?

We have an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled operative with a high skill level in plumbing, working across Windsor, Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, Datchet, Bracknell, and surrounding areas.

You’ll be responsible for delivering upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms, as well as carrying out additional types of work within your skill set, while ensuring full compliance with health and safety policies and statutory legislation.

Working as part of a great team, you’ll complete repairs and installations efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in line with good building maintenance practices.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so strong customer service skills are essential – we aim to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience every time.

What We Provide
  • Company van (including fuel card, van vault, racking, and inverter)
  • Uniform, PPE, company tablet, and mobile phone
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Generous pension and life assurance schemes
  • Access to health and wellbeing packages

You’ll need to supply your own hand and power tools. You’ll also be required to take part in an out-of-hours callout rota, so a clean driving licence is essential.

What We're Looking For
  • A multi-skilled operative with strong plumbing experience
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
  • A 'can-do' attitude and commitment to delivering a high-quality, right-first-time service
  • Ability to take pride in your work and bring a positive attitude to every job

We hold regular meetings where trades colleagues can share updates and feedback on ongoing projects and processes. If you want to be part of a committed team that takes pride in their work and enjoys putting a smile on customers' faces, we'd love to hear from you!
