Job Title: Multi Trade Plumber

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full-Time

Sector: Property Services

Location: London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Salary: £21-£23 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Multi Trade Plumber to join a leading housing provider. In this role, you will deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance services across social housing properties for local authorities and housing associations.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in occupied properties, including but not limited to installing or repairing plumbing systems, fixing leaks, replacing taps, toilets, showers, and installing/repairing kitchen and bathroom units
• Performing minor carpentry, tiling, painting and plastering as part of multi trade duties
• Diagnosing and resolving plumbing and maintenance issues efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations
• Using a PDA device to receive instructions, log work details, provide feedback and update records on completed or pending tasks

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
