Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a long-term social housing repairs contract in Coventry/Nuneaton. Salary is £23.52 per hour (£35,000 per year) with a permanent progression path.

Start date is immediate, with a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract and a strong benefits package. You will diagnose and complete a wide range of responsive repairs in occupied properties, using plastering skills as the core, while supporting plumbing, carpentry and general

Qualifications

• Experience as Multi-Trade Operative or in social housing repairs.
• Strong plastering background essential.
• Full UK driving licence with up to six points.
• CSCS card preferred and DBS clearance or willingness to undertake checks.

Responsibilities

• Undertake responsive repairs in occupied residential properties.
• Carry out plastering, basic carpentry and plumbing tasks.
• Record works and materials using PDA/mobile systems.
• Communicate professionally with residents and customers.
