Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join our successful Response/Maintenance Business. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties within the East Midlands. The Multi Trade Plasterer role

• Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within the day-to-day response team, predominantly in plastering
• Occasionally undertake first and second fix works in void (untenanted) properties as part of the void refurbishment programme, as well as complete basic plumbing & joinery works
• Deliver excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment
• Take pride in health and safety, ensuring all actions are communicated effectively and recorded

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Plasterer?

• Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in plastering
• Demonstrable previous experience working in a Multi Trade capacity in an internal setting, with basic plumbing and carpentry/joinery skills
• Experience with dealing with damp, mould experience would be beneficial
• Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
• Possession of a full current UK driving licence, essential for the plasterer role, with use of a company van
