Job summary

Gloucester City Homes seeks a Multi-Trade Operative to repair, maintain and install plumbing, carpentry and wet trades across residential and commercial properties in Gloucester. You will work to set schedules, adhering to Health & Safety standards and delivering high-quality workmanship.

The role requires a base trade in Plumbing, Wet Trades or Carpentry, a full driving licence and IT literacy. A company van is provided for business use and there is an on-call rota with a standby rate.

Qualifications

• Hold City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or above in an associated trade.
• Experience applying multi-trade skills to fixtures, fittings and repair work.
• IT literate with ability to use electronic devices and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and install plumbing, carpentry and wet trades across internal and external building fabric.
• Follow prescribed work schedules and health & safety policies to deliver high-quality repairs.
• Complete a high percentage of jobs as first-time fixes to ensure customer satisfaction.
