Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Rochford – covering the South East £37,994 per year 40 hours per week - 8:00am to 4:30pm – Monday to FridayWe have an opportunity for a Multi‑Trade Operative to join our team, based in Rochford. With a mix of skills and qualifications, the role will involve working on repairs for occupied and void properties and will cover all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance, including doors and windows. The role is mainly lone working with opportunities to work with the wider team as and when required, sharing out of hours call outs on a rota basis. With a company van and tools included the role will cover the sites across the South East.
