Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes is hiring a Multi-Trade Operative Plumber to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance to residents across Plymouth and surrounding areas. You will work in-house with the Plumbing team on responsive repairs, planned maintenance and installations, while developing your skillset.

The role offers on-call earnings, a supportive team culture and opportunities for professional growth. A recognised plumbing qualification and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised plumbing qualification.
• Proven experience in the plumbing trade.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to plan and organise own workload.
• Experience with water hygiene activities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver repairs and maintenance in residents' homes across Plymouth and surrounding areas.
• Carry out responsive repairs, planned maintenance and installation work.
• Support water hygiene compliance and risk assessments where needed.
• Contribute to multi-trade repair works and service improvements.

About the Role

As a Multi-Trade Operative Plumber, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

Working as part of our in-house Plumbing team, you'll carry out a variety of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and installation work, helping us maintain safe, comfortable homes for our customers.
