A prominent not-for-profit housing organization is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to cover repairs and maintenance in Ely and the surrounding areas. You will primarily handle plumbing, carpentry, and other building tasks while providing excellent customer service. The position offers a salary between £34,376 and £36,185 per year with added benefits, including annual leave and a pension scheme.

Multi-Trade Operative - Plumber
Lancaster Way, Ely – covering Ely and the surrounding areas
£34,376 - £36,185 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our day to day team of 20, based in Ely. Within this role you will be covering all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance, in tenanted properties. The role is mainly lone working with opportunities to work with the wider team as and when required. With a company van and tools included the roles will cover the East region.
As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
