• Lay tiles, repair floor finishes, and install new flooring.
• Carry out internal and external painting and wallpapering.

Responsibilities

• General Repairs & Maintenance: Perform day-to-day reactive repairs in social housing/ residential properties, aiming for a first-time fix.
• Plumbing: Fix leaks, replace taps, showers, waste pipes, syphons, and valves.
• Carpentry: Install and repair doors, skirting boards, bath panels, and kitchen units.
• Tiling & Flooring: Lay tiles, repair floor finishes, and install new flooring.
• Painting & Decorating: Carry out internal and external painting, wallpapering, and surface preparation.

Requirements

• Full clean driving licence (essential)
