Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative based local to Birmingham to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Social Housing properties across Birmingham.

Duties

• Carry out Planned / Reactive Maintenance within social housing properties across the Midlands.
• Work in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
• Perform Carpentry work (primary job), plus basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.
• Carry out Snagging works once new Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.

Experience / Skills Required

• Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
• Experience within Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
• Valid Diving licence (essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role).
• Full DBS cleared if successful.
• Carpentry qualifications would be advantageous.

40 Hours, Full Time.
