Reporting into the Contracts Manager, the successful General Operative will ensure all works are completed safely and efficiently; maintaining a high‑quality service at all times in line with company standards, procedures and customer requirements.

Multi Trade Operative – Liberty (Lincoln & Surrounds)

Pay: £34,067 per year.

• First and second fix plumbing.
• Repair/renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T&G or sheet flooring.
• Repair/renew doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades.
• Pipe boards and ducting panelling; patch plastering.
• Installation of shower tray, tiling of walls, bathroom suite including WC, WHB, mixer showers.
• Painting and decoration.
• Radiator installation.

• Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).
• Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber.
• Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline.
• Desirable: Plastering trade discipline.
• Experience in social housing environment desirable.
• Driving licence essential.
• CSCS card, asbestos awareness, own tools.
