Overview

Apricus Resourcing are working with an award winning housing provider who are looking for a Multi Skill operative for an ongoing contract role in the Torbay area.

Within this role you will be working Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. You will be working within a team that is responsible for delivering a high quality and cost effective property repairs and refurbishments & estate services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
• Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
• Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.
• Ensuring customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets.

Qualifications

• A car driver is essential for this role. A vehicle will be provided but you will need your own tools.
• Construction Skills Certification is desirable but not essential.
• You will need NVQ 3 or relevant experience in 3 relevant trades in order to be considered.

Pay

The rate of pay for this role is £20.00 via umbrella per hour.
