A leading property services company is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join their Operations Responsive team in Hull. The role involves conducting repairs and maintenance on tenanted properties, including plumbing and general building tasks. Candidates must hold NVQ Level 2 qualifications, ideally with experience in social housing. This position offers a salary of £34,376–£36,185 per year, along with benefits such as 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and a company van for business use.

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Responsive team based in Hull. The role will involve working on repairs for tenanted properties across the North East Coast. You will cover all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance including plumbing, gaining access, mechanism replacements, glazing, UPVC window and door repairs. You will be provided with a company van and power tools and training will be given as and when required.
The role will include lone and team working, and you will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with training as and when needed.
