Overview

Role: Multi Trade (Wet trades)

Salary: £37,000 into hourly rate - temp - perm or straight perm

Location: Eastleigh & Surrounding Area's

Environment: Housing Maintenance

The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Eastleigh area. This particular contract is within empty homes (Void properties). 75% of the work is wet trade biased: Painting & Decorating, Plastering etc.

The Role

• Multi Trade construction & maintenance
• Receive & complete works via PDA device
• Work safely in accordance with H&S
• Painting & Decorating
• Plastering
• Wallpapering
• Some Carpentry works

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
