Multi-Trade Operative / Handyperson
Location: Central London

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our busy team in Central London. This role suits someone with a solid background in property maintenance and general repairs, who takes pride in delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake repairs across multiple trades, including carpentry, painting, plastering, basic plumbing, and electrical work
  • Fit, maintain, and repair fixtures, fittings, and building elements as required
  • Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs and suggest suitable solutions
  • Work in line with current safety regulations and building standards
  • Keep work areas tidy, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, clients, and site teams
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance, handyman, or multi-trade position
  • Confident using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong practical problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
  • Able to read and follow plans, work orders, and technical instructions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Own a set of basic trade tools
  • Physically fit and capable of manual work
  • Valid CSCS card
  • 1 recent work reference required
