• Pembrokeshire & Carmarthenshire Pembrokeshire & Carmarthenshire | Full-time | Company vehicle provided | Introduction Our client, a housing developer, is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to carry out snagging and customer care work on occupied properties across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Duties: Carry out snagging and customer care work on occupied properties.

Perform a broad range of construction tasks including painting, patching, basic carpentry, and mastic work.

Undertake additional duties such as plumbing and tiling where required (advantageous but not essential). Ensure a polite and professional approach when working in customers' homes.

Travel to multiple job sites each day using a company van.

Requirements: Broad construction experience across multiple trades.

Polite, professional, and well-presented when working in customers' homes.

Full UK driving licence.

Ability to complete between two and five jobs per day efficiently.
