Job summary

A well-established housing association is looking for a Multi Trade Operative in Bromsgrove. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £21-22, a company vehicle for daytime use, and 37 hours of work per week. Candidates must have previous experience in damp and mould treatment, multi trade skills, and a valid UK driving license. The position is for a contract of 3 months.

• Completing multi trade duties including carpentry, plumbing, patch plaster and painting.
• Supporting the damp and mould team with applying treatment and mould washing.
• Completing reactive maintenance repairs.

• Full UK driving licence with under 6 points.
• Multi Trade Operative experience.
