Fabric Engineer – Multi Trade (High-End Residential and Retail)

Location: Mobile – Central London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + On call Payment
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time or Contracting – Flexible on Days working

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trader with a strong background in high‑end residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a carpentry bias and proven experience across multiple trades, including tiling, plumbing, and general maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, tiling, plumbing.
  • Manage both planned and reactive maintenance jobs to a high standard.
  • Deliver seamless finishes and top‑class workmanship in luxury residential properties.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and office teams.
  • Participate in the on‑call rota (1 in 3 weeks).
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high‑end residential maintenance.
  • Carpentry bias with strong multi‑trade abilities.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry.
  • Self‑starter with excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
