Job summary

Ian Williams is seeking a dedicated Multi Trade Operative to work on internal refurbishment projects across Coventry and surrounding areas. The role centers on carpentry (kitchen fitting) with additional plumbing and tiling tasks, delivering high-quality workmanship in residential settings.

You will join an established trades team, with a guaranteed 39-hour week, company van and fuel card, plus holidays, pension, life insurance and access to support services. Driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level joinery
• Previous experience as a Multi Trade undertaking first and second fix installation works, preferably in the domestic setting, fitting kitchens
• Proficient level of health and safety awareness
• Motivated in your approach to work and able to meet targets
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence

Responsibilities

• Carpentry work (kitchen fitting) and minor plumbing/tiling
• Demonstrate excellent customer service in people's homes, including vulnerable settings
• Work individually or as part of a trade team to meet targets
