Job summary

Booker is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our busy Banbury site. You will be responsible for accurately picking and dispatching goods using voice technology, while ensuring products are prepared for delivery in excellent condition.

Role involves working across ambient, chilled or frozen sections with a 44-hour week including weekends and bank holidays. A strong focus on safety, quality checks and teamwork will be essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Willing to work a 44-hour week including weekends and public holidays.
• Adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology.
• Check quality, shelf life and packaging integrity for delivery readiness.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations.
