Qualifications

• Willingness to teach in prison education or training setting.
• Trade skills in painting, plastering, bricklaying, carpentry or plumbing.
• IT skills are an asset.
• No formal teaching experience required; coaching and development available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vocational sessions to learners at HMP Aylesbury.
• Develop lesson plans and assess learner progression toward qualifications.
• Provide inspirational and professional support to learners to build confidence and employability.
