Job summary

Flexicruit seeks a Multi Skilled Tradesman for on-site work across North and East London. You will perform first and second fix carpentry, assist with bricklaying, and support general building tasks on refurbishments and extensions.

Ideally with 3–5 years UK residential construction experience, CSCS card, and trade qualifications. The role offers a clear progression path from Skilled Trades to Foreman and beyond, with PAYE work schedule Monday to Friday plus Saturdays.

Qualifications

• UK residential construction experience, 3–5 years minimum.
• Trade qualification in carpentry or bricklaying.
• Experience on London home extensions, refurbishments or retrofit projects.
• CSCS card and full UK driving license.
• NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent trade qualification.

Responsibilities

• First and second fix carpentry tasks on site.
• General building work across refurbishments and extensions.
• Site setup, protection works and daily organisation.
• Reading drawings and working with foreman and site managers.
• Move between London sites to support fellow teams.
