Job summary

MD Group in Poole is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to perform plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and plastering across our social housing contracts. You will need a main trade qualification or time served experience and current health & safety certificates.

The role requires working on the road, driving a van, and participating in an out-of-hours rota. A driving licence is essential and the company offers a pension scheme and generous leave.

Qualifications

• One main trade qualification (or time served trades experience) e.g. NVQ 2, NVQ 3, City & Guilds.
• Current Health & Safety Training certificates (including, but not limited to, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling & Risk Assessments)

Responsibilities

• Cover contracts in Poole and surrounding areas, on-site repairs and orders.
• Complete a variety of trades in a single visit to meet customer needs.
