A notable NHS Foundation Trust in Bath is actively seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician: Mechanical to play a crucial role within their dynamic Estates department. The role involves maintaining and ensuring compliance on Trust property through inspections, repairs, and reports as part of a dedicated operational team. You will need to work closely with the Estates Officer (Operations) to plan and carry out engineering/building maintenance programs and to help achieve compliance with legislative and performance standards. You will be required to undertake work as identified on allocated work orders, such as carrying out inspections, tests, repairs and installations on Trust property, plant and infrastructure. You will also need to update the Trust CAFM system in an informative and timely manner.
Heavily involved in the day‑to‑day reactive maintenance service, you will need to ensure that we are providing an efficient and patient‑focused service to the Trust. You will need to possess strong team‑working traits, be flexible, calm under pressure and have excellent communication skills to effectively carry out demanding maintenance duties and investigative processes.
