A community-focused housing organization seeks a Multi Skilled Joiner to support responsive repairs in Swindon. This full-time position requires excellent customer service skills, joinery expertise, and basic plumbing knowledge. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner to support with the delivery of responsive repairs in Swindon and the surrounding area. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the drive to make things possible. This is a full-time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week, and there is a requirement to cover out-of-hours callout on a rota basis, which offers an additional payment.
We are a customer-focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Joiner, but you will also have basic plumbing experience and great customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
The successful candidate will live near Swindon to be able to reach our customer locations in a timely manner. You must have a full UK driving licence, and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check, which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
