Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Multi Skilled Plumber to cover Stratford and surrounding locations. You will work 40 hours per week across a range of Mitie clients, inspecting and repairing commercial plumbing and drainage installations.

Role requires experience in maintenance environments, adherence to health & safety standards, and accurate completion of service documentation. You will be expected to communicate effectively and report site activities during visits.

Qualifications

• Background in Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
• C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent / technical diploma.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair across commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
• Answer queries, report defects and keep clients informed during service visits.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, maintain inspection logs.

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber who will work across a range of Mitie clients, undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.

Role Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to work with a range of Mitie clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptions, and repairs.
• You should be capable of working to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
• You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
• You will have knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working, have good verbal and written communication, and be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
