Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a production operative to operate a range of machinery, including filling, packing and CNC machines, while ensuring high hygiene and GMP standards. The role runs on a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift pattern and offers a pathway to co-ownership with a strong benefits package.

You will join a British, independent manufacturer producing yogurts, desserts and more at multiple sites, with a focus on safety, quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating filling, packing, forming, or CNC machines.
• Good communication and documentation literacy.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and maintain high hygiene standards.

The shifts follow a 4 on 4 off working pattern between 0600-18:00.

This role provides an opportunity to learn new skills and further build a career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Embracing Health & Safety and Quality requirements.

• Application of current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);
• Taking apart, cleaning and rebuilding production equipment.

Any other duties as reasonably required.
